NO, reservations are not required for our interpretive centre tour. A new program starts every half hour. It will include a 20 minute interpretive talk. This is great for the whole family!
YES, a reservation is required for our Walk With Wolves Tour with Blackwolf Photography. Get your camera ready and your hiking shoes for an up close and personal walk with wolves in the wild. Space and times are limited.
*Must be at least 16 years old and have mobility to walk in the wilderness.

NO, all of our wolves are from captive breeding programs from affiliated wildlife centres in North America.

Northern Lights Wolf Centre does not support the breeding of wolf dogs as pets, nor are any of our wolves wolf-dogs.
Unfortunately we do not have the capacity or space to shelter wolf-dogs. We do not operate an animal shelter or take in injured or abandoned animals.

Our wolves live in large enclosures here at the wolf centre and are grouped together with other members from the pack that they get along best with. We make sure to get our wolves out a couple times a week to run around between the exercise pen and outdoor walks in the wilderness.

YES! To help us be the most efficient, please give us a call to reserve a time so we can have extra interpreters ready for your group.
We have ample parking on the street for your bus. If you have special requests please give us a call.
We do not offer lunches, however there is a BBQ on site if you want to bring hot dogs or hamburgers and have one of your parents or teachers man the grill.

NO! For your safety and to respect the territory our wolf pack, we kindly ask that you do not bring your family dog or pets on to our property.

NO. We are no longer bringing wolves to schools. Since the pandemic, our wolves have gotten out of the routine of long drives in vehicles. To not cause stress to our wolves, we have decided to make this change. However, if you are interested in having someone come to the school and teach about wolves with our edu-kit, please contact us.

We greatly accept road kill from local conservation officers, unused meat from hunters and freezer burnt meat and more.
